Marcel Zehner has created a new Opalis integration pack for SCSM. So far it includes the following activities:
New Features in V1.5:
- New Activity "Autoclose completed Change Requests"
- New Icons for better visibility
- New Activity "Autoclose Incidents"
- New Activity "Autoclose Problems"
- New Activity "Export unsealed Management Packs"
It uses the SMLets CodePlex project under the covers.
Marcel has added the project to CodePlex to make it available for community development contributions and it is available on the new TechNet gallery.
